Justina holds Ph.D., M.Phil and M.Sc degrees in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan and B.Agric degree from the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria. She facilities Multi-stakeholder processes with different stakeholders of CRIN mandate crops and her expertise span from conduct of farmer-driven research, participatory research to field and consumer/ market perception studies, organized trainings; economic and feasibility analysis with good report writing skills. She’s an expert in Welfare and Development Economics. She won several scholarships which enabled her attend International Training Courses abroad. Justina has demonstrated her expertise on several projects on CRIN mandate crops in and outside the country such as with WUR cocoa project, OCP cocoa specific fertilizer project, The Cocoasoil project; she’s also a Master Trainer on Cashew trained by Competitive Cashew Initiative (ComCashew). She has authored several peer-reviewed journal publications and made presentations at scientific conferences around the world. She’s a member of several professional bodies and she a Round 2 AWARD fellow (G&D). Cognitively, she has travelled widely and she reviews for some peer-reviewed journals in her field. She’s a researcher par excellence. She is the Head of Economics and Extension department of CRIN. She’s happily married with lovely children.
