Staff of the Month: Mrs. Alaba Olubukola Olayinka

Mrs. Alaba Olubukola Olayinka was born on 12th February, 1977 to the family of Elder and Mrs Oludayo Onabanjo in Lagos State. She had her elementary education at Ifo Ota Primary School, Sango Ota in Ogun State. She also attended Yejide Girls’ Grammar, School, Molete, Ibadan, where she obtained her West African School Certificate (WASC). She later proceeded to The Polytechnic Ibadan, where she obtained her Higher National Diploma in Office Technology Management. Mrs. Alaba was employed to CRIN service in 2011 and deployed to Admin and Supply and later to Finance and Accounts as well as other departments in the Institute to mention a few. She is presently in Value Addition Research Department (VAR), where she rose to the rank of Confidential Secretary on CONRAISS 7. She has attended many courses in service and workshop sponsored by CRIN Management which include: Managing Boss, Official Schedule and Office/Document Security, Performance Improvement for Secretarial, Data and Allied Cadre. She has also attended Conference of Association of Professional Secretarial Staff of Nigeria (APSSON). Mrs Alaba epitomizes diligence, humility, intelligence, transparency and resourcefulness.
